Welcome to the iBluegrass Magazine free Site Poll. This free service will allow you to take polls live from your site.

Remember, iBluegrass Magazine offers a variety of hosting services, and if you are a band, we will host your site FREE. Your URL would be www.iBluegrass.com/YourBandName, which is a lot easier to remember than a URL that looks more like a scientific formula than a web address. We never display annoying banners or force your pages into smaller frames like many other "free hosting services" do. While they call it free hosting, it's really another way for them to advertise.

There are four sections to this form. In the first section, you'll describe your site. In the second section, you specify what you want your poll to ask. The third section allows you to specify what colors you want to use in your Poll. The last section displays our Terms of Service to which you must agree.

Within this agreement, the entity iBluegrass Magazine will include iBluegrass Magazine, its parent company, its subsidiaries, and other associated organizations.

By registering with our service, you are agreeing to the following Rules, Regulations and Terms of Service. Members found in violation of these policies may be have their services suspended or removed without warning.

The Website Owner (the person completing this form) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iBluegrass Magazine, its parent company, clients, owners, employees, investors and sponsors for any loss, liability, and damage arising from or in connection with the use of this free service. Website Owners owners are responsible for all content on their own web site(s), Mailing List(s), Poll(s) and Guestbook(s). iBluegrass Magazine does not verify, endorse, or approve of the contents of any web site using any iBluegrass Magazine service. Website Owners can be held legally accountable for anything appearing on their website.

iBluegrass Magazine free services may NOT be used on, in or by any website that contains adult content (X rated material, images or text), sites that promote hatred, "warez", "serialz" or software pirating sites, sites that conspire against the United States Government, sites offering illegal services or material, sites offering MLM, gambling, or gaming options, sites in direct competition with iBluegrass Magazine, or other sites considered by iBluegrass Magazine to be inappropriate in any manner. iBluegrass Magazine free services may NOT be used on, in or by any website that knowingly link to sites iBluegrass Magazine considers inappropriate as defined above. iBluegrass Magazine reserves the right to refuse any services to any website for any reason, and we are not obligated to disclose our reasons for doing so. The decision of iBluegrass Magazine is final.

No iBluegrass Magazine free services may be used for any illegal purpose, including the harassment of others, the communication of threats, or "spamming."

iBluegrass Magazine is not responsible for any loss of service or data resulting from our deletion of Guestbooks, polls or mailing lists, from network or system outages, from file corruption, or from/for any other reasons. Polls are subject to removal from our systems, without notice, after 90 days of inactivity.

Each iBluegrass poll contains a filth filter which will limit your ability  to place obscene words in an entry.

iBluegrass Magazine reserves the right to send occasional pre-qualified offers to those using the iBluegrass free service through your website. Every person receiving a mailing from iBluegrass has the ability to Opt-out.

iBluegrass Magazine reserves the right to include advertising in our free products should we elect to do so. Website Owner may not include advertising in iBluegrass free products unless it is done in conjunction with an iBluegrass Marketing agreement. In any event, any advertising within an iBluegrass product will be tasteful, unobtrusive and will be targeted to the interests of those who enjoy acoustic music.

Website Owner shall use the HTML code supplied by iBluegrass Magazine on their webpage to incorporate our free services into their site. Website Owner must use only this code, and may not alter the HTML code supplied by iBluegrass Magazine to access our free services in any manner. MODIFICATION OF THE CODE SUPPLIED BY IBLUEGRASS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF YOUR GUESTBOOK INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, WITHOUT NOTICE.

Each iBluegrass Magazine free service may be used only for the purpose for which it was designed. Other use constitutes fraud against iBluegrass Magazine and will be treated accordingly.

iBluegrass Magazine will not release the information contained in these free services unless required to do so by law. Website Owners may not attempt to access any records other than their own from our database. Doing so is a crime and violators will be prosecuted.

iBluegrass Magazine has presented these free services for the entertainment and convenience of our visitors, clients and friends, and these services are to be treated with the same courtesy and spirit in which they are presented to the Website Owner.
