1. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents, 21 years of age and older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of iBest.net, iBluegrass.com, Golden Ring Entertainment, Entertainment & Travel Alternatives, Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each of the above.

2. HOW TO ENTER: USE OF ANY AUTOMATED ENTRY SYSTEM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SCRIPTS ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED AND USE OF SUCH WILL DISQUALIFY AN ENTRANT. The sweepstakes will commence on or about September 29, 2003 and end at 11:59 pm Eastern time on January 4, 2004. The closing date for entries may be extended at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Only electronic entries submitted from the Sponsor site(s) or sites of authorized representatives of Sponsors will be accepted. Limit one entry per person per day per authorized site. A list of authorized sites is available at on the iBluegrass.com Cruise entry page. Entering the contest automatically subscribes entrant to the iBluegrass monthly newsletter.

3. HOW TO WIN: The prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner will be prescreened and then notified via e-mail. Winner must respond to e-mail notification within 72 hours, or they will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prize winner will be drawn at random from all remaining eligible entries. Prize winner will be required to execute and return within 10 days of receipt an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. Failure to comply with these rules will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No cash or other substitutes will be awarded in lieu of stated prizes. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of qualified entries received for the drawing. The prize will be awarded.

4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE: The winner shall receive the ETA Bluegrass Cruise for two on the Royal Caribbean ship VOYAGER of the SEAS. Cruise departs Miami, Florida on February 22, 2004 and returns February 29, 2004. As this is an annual event, alternate dates are not avialble. The retail value of this cruise including promotional items awarded is approximately $2400. Government taxes/ port charges and fees, and transfers are the sole liability of the winner. The prize DOES NOT include transportation to or from Miami, meals not furnished as part of the cruise, lodging before or after the cruise, or additional expenses incurred during the cruise, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages and casino expenses/loses.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Online entries by Internet will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Sponsors are not responsible for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections including Internet/web server/network/phone line connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, computer or telephone hardware or software failures, malfunctions or transmission problems. Sponsors are not responsible for winning notification being blocked by aggressive spam filters, or for delivery or receipt of email sent to or from "free" email addresses such as Yahoo or Hotmail. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper operation or play of the sweepstakes in which case winner will be selected from Internet entries received prior to action. This offer is capacity controlled and subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply. Once the cruise is confirmed, there can be no cancellations. Cancellation insurance is recommended and available through Entertainment & Travel Alternatives, Inc.

7. WINNER’S LIST: The prize winner will be posted on the iBluegrass.com web site for at least 30 days after confirming the winner's eligibility. All qualified entrants will receive an email from iBluegrass.com announcing the winner of the contest.

8. PUBLICITY: The winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, if legally permissible, all sponsors listed below have the right to publicize his/her name, likeness, city and state of residence and fact that he/she won the sweepstakes, and all matters incidental thereto, without further compensation. Winner agrees, if requested, to make themselves available at a predetermined place and time for publicity photos to be taken at the expense of Sponsors.

9. TAXES: All applicable local, state, international, and federal taxes, if any, and any and all expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by the winner.

10. LIABILITY: By accepting prize, winners agree that Sponsors (listed below) and/or their respective parents, principals, subsidiaries, affiliate companies, and the agents, employees, directors or officers of any of these entities, will not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to or from, preparing for and/or participating in this promotion. WINNERS PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION AT THEIR OWN RISK.

11. CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, illness, injury or other situation that prevents winner from participating in this cruise, whether the fault of the winner or not, no refund will be due winner, no alternate date will be offered and no alternate prize will be made available. Cancellation insurance is recommended and available through Entertainment & Travel Alternatives, Inc.

12. The decision of the sweepstakes Sponsors will be final in all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct any and all printing, typographical, or mechanical errors.

13. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
