Bands and Performers
Everett Brothers
 Performing Area: International
The Everett Brothers started playing music back in 1964 in Suwanee, Georgia. They performed in what is now called The Everett's Music Barn where they still perform every weekend when they are not on the road. The original band consisted of Roger Everett, Randall Everett, Leroy Everett, Pauline Everett Deaton, and Pauline's son, Ray Deaton. Through the years they have performed with such greats as the Country Gentleman, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, The Osborne Brothers, Jim & Jesse, IIIrd Tyme Out and many other greats.
Over the years, the band's personnel has changed. One of the founding members, Ray Deaton, went on to play with Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, and in 1991 was a founding member of IIIrd Tyme Out. The current band consists of Roger & Randall Everett, Bobby Autry, Don Norman, and Ray's son, Jeff Deaton.
In 1992 The Everett Brothers were inducted into the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame. This was a great honor for them for they had been entertaining people for the past 28 years. The Everett Brothers and their music barn has become a popular name in bluegrass music. In the past they only played in their music barn, but by much demand for their traditional sound they are now performing all over the United States.
