The Big Timbre Band is the culmination of many summers of playing music together at festivals and informal get-togethers. The members, all seasoned musicians from various Four Corners area bands, were continually drawn together by their shared love for the tight vocal harmonies of traditional bluegrass and the foot tapping dance rhythms of Western Swing.
With three lead vocalists, Big Timbre provides a diverse repertoire of songs from old-time country ballads, original material to western swing. Of course, the authentic, high lonesome sound of bluegrass is featured.
